It was the return of Green October with Desert Kia of Tucson and the 929 the Mountain to celebrate by giving away fuel-efficient car...a 2008 Kia Rio! On Saturday, November 8th, hundreds converged at Desert Kia of Tucson, 775 W Wetmore, with hopes of winning the new 2008 Kia Rio sedan.
