I just wanted to take a moment to share the incredible experience I had with Desert Kia & Budget Car Sales. I had truly lost hope that I would be able to purchase a new car at this time in my life with such a tight budget, less than perfect (OK pretty bad) credit and an up side down vehicle thousands of dollars in negative equity I needed paid off. I went to almost every dealership in the city and no one could help me, not even the ones that told me they could. When it came down to it Desert Kia was the only true miracle worker in the automobile industry I found. I didn’t believe they would be able to do a deal for me after all of my failures but to my pleasant surprise they did! Not only did they deliver the dream they celebrated me as an individual and made me feel special. I was taken care of from the moment I walked in the door. They kept in close contact with me every step of the way explaining every aspect of the deal so that even a child could understand. It was one of the most honest car purchase experiences I’ve ever had and Desert Kia & Budget Car Sales will definitely have the business of my family and friends because I trust them and they do an exceptional job in regards to value and service not to mention the effortless sales process that only took a couple hours total. Finally I’m riding the way I want to ride.
